# The Maternity and Parental Leave (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Regulation 6: Amendments to the Principal Regulations


In regulation 5(b) (entitlement to additional maternity leave: qualifying period of employment)—
(a) for “the eleventh week” substitute “the fourteenth week”;
(b) for “a year” substitute “26 weeks”.
