# The Maternity and Parental Leave etc. (Amendment) Regulations 2014, Regulation 1: Citation and commencement


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Maternity and Parental Leave etc. (Amendment) Regulations 2014.
(2) This regulation and regulations 2 and 5 come into force on 1st December 2014.
(3) Regulations 3, 4 and 6 come into force on 5th April 2015.
