  "text": "Draft Order in Council laid before Parliament under section 2(5) of the Supreme Court Act 1981, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament\nSUPREME COURT OF ENGLAND AND WALES\nMade 2002\nComing into force 2002\nAt the Court at , the day of 2002\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas in accordance with section 2(5) of the Supreme Court Act 1981 a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred on Her by section 2(4) of that Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
