Article 13 Amendment of section 35C of the Act

In subsection (1) of section 35Cf1 (functions of the Investigation Committee), for paragraphs (a) to (c) substitute the following paragraphs—

“(a)

a fully registered person; or

(b)

a person who is provisionally registered,”.
