# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Amendments Order 2006, Article 31: First article amending section 50 of the Act


In subsection (1)(b) of section 50 (default powers of Privy Council), for “10, 11, 12, 13 or” substitute “10A or”.
