Article 33 Second article amending section 55 of the Act

In subsection (1) of section 55 (interpretation)—

(a)

after the definition of “acceptable overseas qualification” insert the following definition—

  • ““acceptable programme for provisionally registered doctors” has the meaning given by section 10A(1) above;”; and

(b)

omit the definition of “a prescribed pattern of experience”.
