Article 5 Repeal of sections 22 to 25 of the Act

Omit sections 22^f1 (limited registration of persons by virtue of overseas qualifications), 23 (limited registration: supplementary provisions), 24 (limited registration: erasure) and 25^f2 (full registration of persons with limited registration).
