# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Amendments Order 2006, Article 65: Second article amending section 29A of the Act


In section 29A (regulations as to licence to practise and revalidation), in subsection (4)(d), after “licence to practise” add “whenever a licensing authority sees fit to do so”.
