# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Amendments Order 2006, Article 72: Second article amending section 32 of the Act


In section 32 (registration fees)—
(a) in subsection (1)—
(i) in paragraph (b), omit “in any year subsequent to the year beginning with the date on which he was first registered”, and
(ii) in paragraph (c), omit “or any particular list in it”; and
(b) omit subsection (8).
