# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Amendments Order 2006, Article 74: Second article amending section 50 of the Act


In subsection (1)(b) of section 50 (default powers of the Privy Council), for “32(1) to (3) or (7) to (9)” substitute “32(1) to (3), (7) or (9)”.
