# The Medical Act 1983 (Amendment) and Miscellaneous Amendments Order 2006, Article 78: Amendment of the National Health Service (Performers Lists) (Wales) Regulations 2004


In paragraph (1) of regulation 23 of the National Health Service (Performers Lists) (Wales) Regulations 2004 (application for inclusion in a medical performers list)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (b), omit “subject to sub-paragraph (e),”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (e), omit the words from “and, if the general” to the end of that sub-paragraph.
