# The Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 2: Interpretation


In these Regulations—
“the Act” means the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018;
“the 2002 Regulations” means the Medical Devices Regulations 2002.
