Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and application

These Regulations may be cited as the Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020.

(2)

This regulation and regulation 4 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

(3)

Regulations 2 and 3 come into force immediately before IP completion day.

(4)

Regulation 2 applies in relation to Northern Ireland only.
