  "text": "(1) The Human Medicines and Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 are amended as follows.\n(2) In Schedule 2 (amendment of the Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019)—\n(a) in paragraph 2—\n(i) in sub-paragraph (2)(a), in paragraph (1) as substituted by that provision, for “Parts II, III, IV, VIII and IX” substitute “Parts II, III and IV”;\n(ii) omit sub-paragraph (3);\n(b) omit paragraph 6;\n(c) omit paragraphs 9 to 11.",
