# The Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Regulation 4: Amendment of the Human Medicines and Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019


(1) The Human Medicines and Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 are amended as follows.
(2) In Schedule 2 (amendment of the Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019)—
(a) in paragraph 2—
(i) in sub-paragraph (2)(a), in paragraph (1) as substituted by that provision, for “Parts II, III, IV, VIII and IX” substitute “Parts II, III and IV”;
(ii) omit sub-paragraph (3);
(b) omit paragraph 6;
(c) omit paragraphs 9 to 11.
