Paragraph 11 Amendment of regulation 30
In regulation 30 (manufacturers etc. and conformity assessment procedures for active implantable devices)—
(a)
in paragraph (4) for “a Member State” in both places substitute “a relevant state”;
(b)
in paragraph (5) for “the Member State” substitute “the relevant state”.
