# The Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 11: Amendment of regulation 4(3)


For regulation 4(3) substitute—
“(3) In regulation 7(2) (classification of general medical devices) for “a notified body” substitute “an approved body”.”.
