  "text": "For regulation 3(2) substitute—\n“(2) After regulation 1 (citation and commencement) insert—\n“Expiry of certain provisions in these Regulations\n1ZA. Regulations 19B, 19C, 30A, 44ZA and 44ZB cease to have effect at 23:59 on 30th June 2023.\nSchedules\n1A. Schedules 2 and 2A have effect.”.”.",
