# The Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 44: Insertion of regulation 6(8)


After regulation 6(7) insert—
“(8) In regulation 43 (devices for performance evaluation)—
(a) in the opening words, for “his authorised representative” substitute “their UK responsible person”;
(b) in paragraph (b)(ii), for “the Directive” substitute “these Regulations”.”.
