# The Medical Devices (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020, Paragraph 52: Amendment of regulation 9(5)


In regulation 9(5) after sub-paragraph (ii) insert—
“(iii) in sub-paragraph (c) omit “and, where applicable any relevant provision of the Medical Devices Directives”.”.
