Paragraph 1 Amendment of section 1

In section 1f1 (the General Medical Council)—

(a)

in subsection (3), omit paragraph (a); and

(b)

in subsection (3A), for “paragraphs (a), (c), (d) and (e)” substitute “paragraphs (c), (d) and (e)”.
