  "text": "(1) Amend section 29G (guidance) as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), before paragraph (a) insert—\n“(za) for securing the grant of a licence to practise;”.\n(3) After subsection (1) insert—\n“(1A) The information and documents to be provided, and other requirements to be satisfied, may relate to—\n(a) standards set by a prescribed person or body; or\n(b) documents issued by a prescribed person or body.”.\n(4) In subsection (2), for “In preparing any such guidance” substitute “In preparing any guidance under subsection (1)(a)”.",
