# The Medical Profession (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2008, Paragraph 18: Amendment of section 35CC


In section 35CC(3) (provisions supplementary to section 35C), after the words “in a case where” insert “, in circumstances other than those specified in section 29C(1)(a) and (b)”.
