  "text": "(1) Amend section 50 (default powers of the Privy Council) as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1)—\n(a) in paragraph (a), for “the Education Committee” substitute “the General Council”;\n(b) in paragraph (b), for “the General Council or the Education Committee” substitute “the General Council”; and\n(c) in the words following paragraph (b) omit “or that Committee as the case requires”.\n(3) Omit subsection (3).",
