# The Medicines Act 1968 (Pharmacy) Order 2011, Article 4: Amendment of section 71 of the Act


In section 71 of the Act (business carried on by body corporate)—
(a) in subsection (2), for “the requirements of subsections (4) and (5)” substitute “the requirement of subsection (4)”; and
(b) omit subsections (5) and (5A).
