Article 20 Amendment of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2005

In article 8 of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003 (Consequential Provisions) Order 2005^f1 (patients absent from hospitals or other places in Scotland), in paragraph (2)(b)(i), for “social worker” substitute “mental health professional”.
