# The Merchant Shipping (Fire Protection) Regulations 2023, Regulation 2: Amendments and revocations


(1) The amendments listed in Part 1 of Schedule 1 have effect.
(2) The Regulations listed in the first column of the Table in Part 2 of Schedule 1 are revoked to the extent specified in the third column of that Table.
