# The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022, Paragraph 1: Hovercraft (General) Order 1972


In the Hovercraft (General) Order 1972—
(a) in article 7A, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”;
(b) in article 17A, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 1996” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
