In regulation 3(2)(e) of the Merchant Shipping (Musters, Training and Decision Support Systems) Regulations 1999, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
