In regulation 3(2)(a) of the Merchant Shipping (Passenger Ships) (Safety Code for UK Categorised Waters) Regulations 2010f1, for “regulation 2(1) of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 3(1) of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
