# The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022, Paragraph 18: The Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Recruitment and Placement) Regulations 2014


In regulation 2(1) of the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Labour Convention) (Recruitment and Placement) Regulations 2014, in the definition of “sea-going”, in sub-paragraph (d), for “regulation 8 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 14 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
