# The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022, Paragraph 2: The Merchant Shipping (Cargo Ship Construction) Regulations 1997


In regulation 4(c)(ii) of the Merchant Shipping (Cargo Ship Construction) Regulations 1997, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
