In regulation 29(4)(b) of the Merchant Shipping (Prevention of Oil Pollution) Regulations 2019f1, for “regulation 6 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 9 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
