regulation 5(3)(a), for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”;

(b)

the Schedule, in Part 2 (revocations), omit the entry relating to “The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004”.
