In regulation 4(2)(j) of the Merchant Shipping (Radiocommunications) (Amendment) Regulations 2021, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
