# The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022, Paragraph 29: The Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Entry into Enclosed Spaces) Regulations 2022


In regulation 5(2) of the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Entry into Enclosed Spaces) Regulations 2022, for sub-paragraph (d), substitute—
“(d) ships owned or operated by a State and engaged only on government non-commercial service;
(e) ships to which the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022 apply.”.
