# The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022, Paragraph 3: The Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) Regulations 1997


In regulation 2(2) of the Merchant Shipping and Fishing Vessels (Health and Safety at Work) Regulations 1997, in the definition of “sea-going”, in sub-paragraph (a)(iv), for “regulation 8 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 14 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
