In regulation 1(7)(b)(iii) of the Merchant Shipping (Fire Protection: Small Ships) Regulations 1998, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
