In regulation 3(2)(k) of the Merchant Shipping (Radio Installations) Regulations 1998f1, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
