In regulation 3 of the Merchant Shipping (Passenger Ship Construction: Ships of Classes III to VI(A)) Regulations 1998, for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
