# The Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022, Paragraph 9: The Merchant Shipping (Counting and Registration of Persons on Board Passenger Ships) Regulations 1999


In regulation 3(1) of the Merchant Shipping (Counting and Registration of Persons on Board Passenger Ships) Regulations 1999, in the definition of “high speed craft”, for “regulation 2 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “regulation 3 of the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
