Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Port State Control) Regulations 2026.

(2)

These Regulations come into force on the 21st day after the day on which they are made.

(3)

These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
