# The Milk Development Council (Amendment) Order 2004, Article 3: Amendment of the principal Order


In article 2 (interpretation), in paragraph (1) after the definition of “producer”, there shall be inserted the following definition—
““production year” means a period of 12 months starting on 1st April and ending on 31st March;”.
