# The Milk Development Council (Amendment) Order 2004, Article 5: Saving


Notwithstanding the provisions of this Order, the provisions of the principal Order in force prior to the coming into force of this Order shall continue to apply in relation to any charge payable by producers in respect of any period ending on or before 31st March 2004.
