Article 2 Amendment of the Ministerial and other Salaries Act 1975

(1)

The Ministerial and other Salaries Act 1975 (“the 1975 Act”) is amended in accordance with articles 3 to 6.

(2)

The amendments made by articles 3 to 5 have effect from the beginning of 1st April 2026.

(3)

The amendments made by article 6 have effect for the period of 12 months beginning with 1st April 2026 and each successive period of 12 months.
