# The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) Order 2011, Article 1: Citation, commencement and interpretation


(1) This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) Order 2011 and shall come into force on the twelfth day after the day on which it is made.
(2) In this Order “the 1971 Act” means the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.
