  "text": "This draft Statutory Instrument supersedes the draft of the same title which was laid before Parliament on 16th January 2012 and published on 19th January 2012 (ISBN 978-0-11-151926-4). It is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that draft Statutory Instrument.\nDraft Order laid before Parliament under section 2(5) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nDangerous Drugs\nMade\nComing into force in accordance with article 1\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the day of 2012\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nIn accordance with section 2(5) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament on the recommendation of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.\nAccordingly, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 2(2) of that Act, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:",
