# The Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) Order 2021, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 (Amendment) Order 2021 and comes into force twenty-eight days after the day on which it is made.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
