  "text": "Draft Order in Council laid before Parliament under section 2(5) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nDANGEROUS DRUGS\nMade 2003\nComing into force 1st July 2003\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the day of 2003\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWhereas a draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament on the recommendation of the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs and has been approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament;\nNow, therefore, Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 2(2) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
