  "text": "Draft Regulations laid before Parliament under section 55(5)(d) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament.\nFINANCIAL SERVICES\nMade ***\nComing into force in accordance with regulation 1\nThe Treasury make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 49 and 54(2) of, and Schedule 2 to, the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018.\nIn accordance with section 55(5)(d) of the Sanctions and Anti-Money Laundering Act 2018 a draft of these Regulations has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
